George’s bio

  • George started playing golf at the age of 5, when his dad bought him a club for the garden, from where he would spend hours out there hitting plastic balls around.

  • From around the age of 10, George started playing junior golf at a course near him where he would go after school, and play with his friends on the weekend, winning some junior competitions along the way at the club.

  • As George got older he took it more seriously by joining Nizels and having some lessons with Oliver at MJGA.

  • Just before covid, George quit his job in London to pursue his dream of becoming a PGA professional and help others improve their game.

  • One of George’s greatest achievements was how he managed to go from a handicap of 7 to 0 over the course of 3 months to be eligible to do his PGA.

  • George then turned professional in 2020 and has been working at MJGA ever since and strongly believes in helping people improve with their game.

  • George is an excellent communicator and has a very simple and effective style to his coaching.  Working closely with Mark and the Team @MJGA he is constantly developing his knowledge and improving his many skills.
