Oli’s pathway into professional golf is quite unique. After a youth spell in football with Fulham FC, he continued to play semi-professional until 3 years ago when he began to focus on golf.

His coaching career began at Brentford FC where he coached at the Centre of Excellence. Oli is a UEFA licensed coach and has specialised in youth development since graduating from Brunel University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Sciences.

Working as a Coach Development Consultant for sports coach UK, he played a key role in the development of the Long Term Athelte Development Programme and was the lead tutor in FUNdamental movement skills.

Upon focusing on golf, his natural coaching instincts guided him to junior golf coaching through tri and extreme golf in schools. He has developed the MJGA junior pathway helping hundreds of players on their way to reaching their potential.
